O.A.S. is a mobile structure for cultural activities, independent of a permanent space and suitable for e.g. exhibitions, lectures and workshops. By parasiting on existing spaces geographical boundaries can be diminished and new creative meetingpoints get a chance to arise.
The name, O.A.S., which is the Swedish word for oasis, is a metaphor for an unexpected element. Inspired by the tradition of tags in the graffiti culture, it is written as a nonsense-abbreviation, leaving room for interpretation.
The identity is communicated through a series of artefacts.
