"Although 2017 has been a lot about learning to listen more attentively to my body, what I’m most proud of is actually an example of doing quite the opposite. Despite the violent resistance of my physical self, I somehow managed to overpower it and end an 8 year long polyamorous love story with my bae snus (Swedish tobacco) and, in the absence of that, cigarettes. This withdrawal has had me feeling quite strange for some time now, but deep inside I know we’re better off on our own."
